Nutrition Programs

1.Initial Nutritional Consultation:

Are you overwhelmed and don't know how to start making healthier lifestyle choices?

This program will get you on the right track if you are trying to make meaningful

 changes in your dietary habits.

  • 45-minute in-person, or phone nutritional consultation, in which we implement a health evaluation that encompasses, your diet, workout history, your food likes and dislikes,  any food you may be allergic to, your lifestyle, your stressors, any medication you may be on, as well as your personal wellness goals.

 

  • Once the initial consultation has been implemented, we provide you with  nutritional logs which are to be filled out on a daily basis. Based on your health evaluation, activity level, personal goals and nutritional logs, we then provide you with a complete custom meal plan, eating out, and grocery shopping guidelines.

 

  • A 30-minute follow-up consultation will be implemented to go over your new meal plan and any questions you may have.

2. 4-week monthly Nutritional Coaching Program:
 

Our 4-week monthly Nutritional Coaching program is for clients that wish to have on-going dietary guidance, support, and feed-back. It can be implemented in-person or virtually.

  • 45-minute phone nutritional consultation, to give us baseline information about your health, your diet history, workout history, your food likes and dislikes,  food allergies, your lifestyle, your stressors, any medication you may be on, as well as your personal dietary goals.

 

  • Once the initial consultation has been implemented, we provide you with  nutritional logs that are to be filled out on a daily basis. Based on your health evaluation, activity level, personal goals and nutritional logs, we then provide you with a complete custom meal plan, eating out, and grocery shopping guidelines, which is continuously updated as progress is made and you get closer to your goal.

 

  • This program includes unlimited email access to Moji, weekly 30-minute follow-up phone consultations, covering meal plans, nutrition logs, any road blocks you may have run into, food journal review, food and recipe suggestions that need to be discussed and any questions/concerns you may have.

3. Monthly Virtual and Phone Nutrition Program:

Same as our 4-week monthly Nutritional Coaching program, this virtual or phone coaching program is for out-of-area clients, or those who find virtual and phone coaching more conducive to their schedule.

  • 45-minute virtual (via Skype) or phone nutritional consultation, covering your comprehensive health evaluation, diet, workout history, food likes and dislikes, food allergies, medications you may be on, personal goals, and schedule.

 

  • Once the initial consultation has been implemented, we provide you with  nutritional logs which are to be filled out on a daily basis. Based on your health evaluation, activity level, personal goals and nutritional logs, we then provide you with a complete custom meal plan, eating out, and grocery shopping guidelines.

 

  • A 30-minute follow-up consultation will be implemented to go over your new meal plan and any questions you may have.

 

  • Unlimited email or phone support and feed-back from Moji. Weekly 30-minute phone consultations to go over meal plans, food and recipe recommendations, and any road blocks you may be running into, or progress you may be making.
