In our Lifestyle Wellness Coaching program we take into account the person as a whole, and look at all areas of their life. We focus on improving all areas of wellness, which include fitness, nutrition, weight, stress, health, and management of the life issues that impact wellness.
If you feel stuck in your life, or simply wish to make small, but meaningful, lasting lifestyle changes, our lifestyle & wellness coaching programs may just be what you are looking for. By spending time with you in your sanctuary we learn about your lifestyle, your eating habits, your exercise routine if you have one, your overall health, your diet, your hobbies, your personal goals, your family and friends, what makes you happy, and what adds stress to your life. One of our roles is to identify your strengths and reveal motivators to assist you in reaching the desired goals and vision. We also provide on-going support, feed-back and support to keep you right on track.
